我的理解是
不需要在日本办理任何手续。
通过网上支付20美元的service fee，然后在越南机场口岸再交纳stamp fee25美元.

不知道正确吗

即使有service fee，也是办落地签的时候再交吧。

当然如果想托办也可以，，很多签证公司，
大概收费6500日元起， 时间要5，6天。

早晨研究了一下，也就知道这么多。。。还望各位高人补充。

越南签证，落地签百分百不可。
有一夜睡机场板凳的教训做证。

越南没有落地签，都需要提前办好签证，签证费很贵，我记得好像是6千。
申请表在大使馆可以拿，内容很简单。
另外需要带一张还是两张的照片，具体记不清了。

记得当时越南大使馆网页上没有关于签证的具体内容，就给越南大使馆打电话询问了，态度超级恶劣 ，社会主义国家独特的口吻，不知道该说是”亲切”还是郁闷。。。

已经便宜多了。。。我当时是1w。
因为换了护照，到了当地有被强令付了10$....
简直是抢劫
